Players and staff at Birmingham City are backing Wayne Rooney as manager, despite his poor start and three consecutive losses.
Australian defender Emanuel Aiwu and coach Pete Shuttleworth believe Rooney can bring success to the club and are happy with him as their coach.
Appointing Rooney was a gamble for Birmingham, but there is optimism that he can be a successful manager based on his previous experiences and the support from the players and staff.
