Ainsworth has called for patience ahead of the 2023/24 season, noting that things won't necessarily change for the better overnight.

QPR had a turbulent 2022/23 season and were nearly relegated to League One.
Gareth Ainsworth, QPR's manager, is asking for patience from fans and believes their support can make a difference at Loftus Road.
However, the 50-year-old also understands the fans' mood will be dictated by results and their league position.
